Ordering Terms:

• Please have your order ready to submit to us completely when placing your order.

• We are able to recreate your logo on any products we sell within limits of space, color selection and cost. If you do not have digitally correct art work, we are able to create the artwork for you at a fee of $80 per hour. The created artwork will be digitally ready and is your property.

• Definitions
  A. A plate is the instrument used to print the image on the product.
  B. Artwork is what is used to create the plate.
  Artwork ---> Plate ---> Product ---> You

• Please send your artwork to us in any format, If electronic, use an eps, pdf, or hi-resolution jpg, If any artwork is not usable quality enough, it can be cleaned for use at $60 per hour with customers permission, Word documents often require extra cleaning.

• Before any product is produced customer must approve faxed and/or emailed copy of artwork.
  1. First time proofs are at no charge.
  2. Additional proof and/or copy changes will incur extra charges.

• ANY ORDER CANCELLED AFTER ARTWORK IS SENT TO CUSTOMER WILL INCUR A $50 CHARGE.

• All first time orders must be prepaid !!!!! Please use check, VISA or Master Card.

• Any order, produced with customer approval is non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Sample of products are available. Submit sample requests on official letterhead by fax with signature of Doctor. In some instances, postage will be charged. Since samples are available, and pre-production samples at extra cost, product dissatisfaction is not an acceptable reason when produced.

• Pictures shown are for Art purposes only. We do not sell or use anyone's logo.

• Prices may change at anytime. Prices and specials on supplier websites are official at time of purchase. Prices in catalogue that are in error due to typographical or proof reading will not be honored.
